Returns/RMA

Purchases that can be returned IGO offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on all pre-built systems and their components. If any pre-built server or workstation you purchase fails within 2 years, IGO will ship you the replacement part at no cost. You must obtain an RMA number before shipping us the component to be replaced. IGO recommends you keep regular backups of your data at all times. IGO will not be responsible for any data that is lost due to a component failure. Keeping backups and restoring any data are the sole responsiblity of the end user.

Obtaining an RMA To exchange or replace a warrantied component, please download the IGO RMA form, fill it out, and fax it to +1.304 845 9241 along with your sales invoice. Please be sure to fill out the form as completely as possible and indicate whether you need a replacement shipped right away, or if you would like to ship us the component first.

Purchases warrantied by the manufacturer The 2-year replacment warranty offered by IGO applies only to pre-built systems. Peripherals and accessories are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. When you receive a peripheral or accessory, please be sure to fill out any manufacturer's product registration card and send it in. Please consult your product manufacturer's Website for more information on their warranty policies and restrictions.
