Note: In all warranty or repair cases, you must contact IGO to discuss your warranty, repair, replacement or exchange options BEFORE you ship us any hardware.

IGO provides repair services for pre-built systems that are out-of-warranty.

  1. Contact IGO - before sending us a pre-built system or other hardware for repair, please contact IGO to discuss your options.

  2. Ship us the part - after contacting IGO, we'll email you an RMA number. Put this number on the outside of your package and ship it to us.

  3. We'll give you a free estimate - before any work is done, IGO will contact you with an estimate of what it will take to repair your hardware.

  4. Pay for your repair. - if the estimate is approved, you'll need to pay for the repair before the hardware is shipped back to you.

These conditions apply to any IGO products, or products made by other manufacturers. Let the experienced team at IGO help you solve your hardware problems.
