Per Incident Support

IGO provides repair services for pre-built systems that are out-of-warranty.

  1. Obtain an RMA - before sending us a pre-built system or other hardware for repair, please download an RMA form, fill it out and fax it to +1.304 845 9241.

  2. Ship us the part - after your RMA has been approved, we'll email you an RMA number. Put this number on the outside of your package and ship it to us.

  3. We'll give you a free estimate - before any work is done, IGO will contact you with an estimate of what it will take to repair your hardware.

  4. Pay for your repair. - if the estimate is approved, you'll need to pay for the repair before the hardware is shipped back to you.

These conditions apply to any IGO products, or products made by other manufacturers. Let the experienced team at IGO help you solve your hardware problems.
