Customer must pay all return shipping charges for RMA services. IGO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discresion.
Sales taxes are charged for orders that ship to our resident state of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within West Virginia will be charged applicable sales tax.
All orders shipped to the 48 contiguous will be sent via ground using either FedEx or UPS, and buyer is responsible for freight charges. International orders or those shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to a duty tax and extra surcharges. All shipments are are insured for the amount paid. It is the responsibility of the buyer to resolve any claims on items that are damaged during shipment with the shipper.
The servers and workstations we provide are built-to-order. Because of this, all components may not be immediately available and prices may change periodically.
Payment delays may affect system component prices. We will make every possible effort to notify you if this occurs.
Since we build all our systems at the time they're ordered, it will usually take about 14 days for you to receive your order. Peripheral and accessory orders that do not require assembly may be shipped more quickly.
Sometimes the components we use to build our systems are not immediately available. In these cases, we may substitute another component of equal value and/or specifications. We will make every possible effort notify you if a backorder will delay shipment of your system, peripheral or accessory.
When checking out and paying for your purchase, please make sure your contact information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for not notifying you of shipment delays if the contact information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For more information on returning an item, please contact our Returns/RMA department.
